The school is located at the Club Nautique of Wimereux (near Boulogne sur Mer) in the Côte d'Opale.



You can also go to the SHOP - SCHOOL located at the crossroads of Ambleteuse, on the coastal road between Wimereux and Wissant, exit 36 of the A16 motorway.



2h30 from Paris, only 1h15 from Lille, 1h30 from Brussels and not far from England.

Open April to November, the school offers courses of KiteSurf, Powerkite and material rental.

The school has implemented initiations of  Cata-Kite and Foil-Board. Don't hesitate to contact Thomas for these new practices.

Progress of the courses:
Mainly on the beaches of Wimereux. However, depending on the direction of the wind, the courses can take place on other spots like Ambleteuse, Wissant, Boulogne and Equihen.

Moving on learning sites:
They are operated in semi-rigid boat or cars type 4x4: the school will take you on the spots of the courses. You can also get there on your own. Contact the school 1 or 2 days before the course begins (to know the location and times).

Timetable and organization:
Hours depending on tides. Courses can take place from 9:30 to 20h in the evening. You must call 1 or 2 days before the date of your internship for the confirmation.

Spots:
Wimereux, Boulogne, Ambleteuse, Wissant, Equihen and many other sites offer great and beautiful beaches that are ideal to practice kitesurf.
With optimum wind conditions nearly all year.

Wissant and Pointe aux Oies are undoubtedly the best kite spots and best adapted in terms of wind direction and safety. However, get sure to be well informed on times and coefficient of tides, weather and wind evolution.

The school:
The school is headed by Thomas Husnu RUMELIOGLU, experienced instructor and graduate status by the BP Jeps FFVL (Fédération Française de Vol Libre), and 1 ° BEES sailing since 1995.

Thomas worked as instructor in schools, school-Shop kite during 2003-2004 seasons, but also as a trainer and instructor of sailing BEES 1 ° in diferents UCPA centers for more than 7 years (Bénodet, Port Camargue Bombannes), and many other structures. Husnu Thomas is there to offer its services and expertise to all lovers of glide sports and outdoor sports.

Involved in organizing competitions and its role as a judge of kitesurf, Husnu Thomas is actively involved in the evolution of this sport.

Equipment is provided by the school and renewed approximately every 2 months

Maximum 4 students per teacher and a you will be self-sufficient in an average of 3 to 4 days

The brands used are: Naish, Takoon, Airush, Nobile, Best, Cabrinha

Wimkite is also a training center for BP jeps monitors of kite.
